where are you from I from s one cibu but currently I stayed here in tagete I just rent a boarding house there because uh due to know School purposes what are you studying here um I'm studying at I'm
studying at Negros Oriental State University um I'm taking up a bachelor of secondary education you're wanting to be a teacher yes I wanted to be a teacher of course a lot of our audience are wondering are you single
yes I am would you ever consider dating a foreigner um I do believe that maybe some of the people would think that um dating a foreigner is like wait ba wait I'm really nervous right now I just I
just can't progress my ideas but um take your time it's okay what is your question again would you ever date a foreigner foreign ER I would rather date a foreigner because there are some instances that some of the
Filipinos are not compatible with Filipinos because yeah due to um different personalities there are some people that didn't understand each other yeah like that have you ever dated a Filipino before yes I do but due to some misunderstanding
it doesn't get well so you're open to dating a Foreigner but you haven't yet yes why not do you have any friends that have dated a foreigner um actually my my uncle's niece my uncle's niece is married with
a American yeah they live in Sibu yeah they live in Sibu how long have they been married it's like 15 years oh a long time yeah they just adopted a child wow yeah from 3 months old and then
now it's I guess 8 years old and she studied at uh seliman University yeah what's her job in Sabu they an know they they the husband he's just a farmer like he the woman the woman she's she has
a an know a business she's a business woman Sor s store and she also has a house for rent like that I I see um after you're finished studying here will you move back to Sabu yes after but
I'm planning to after studying I'm planning to take a review for a let board board exam and after it um I'm planning I'm really planning to work abroad yeah I'm planning to be a teacher like in Singapore New
Zealand or God willing what makes you want to work in Singapore or New Zealand over staying here but I I'm not saying that I'm not saying that the paycheck here is not good but I'm delving much more into
practicality yeah um the pay is good maybe there in abroad you want to have some extra money some disposable income yeah so that I can provide much better for my family that that's really my an know dream your
get to experience a different country yeah their culture their food I wanted I really wanted to experience that maybe there you will meet your Foreigner future Foreigner husband yeah what kind of qualities would you be looking for in
a foreigner husband someone who who is caring and and someone who can understand since we have since they we have different cultures different Traditions beliefs and I wanted to to be un um to be understand yeah and someone
who is um family oriented family oriented like that and someone who is yeah caring respectful all the qualities a good man would have for you do you plan to can you expand on being family oriented oh being family
oriented is someone who will not ignore the family from from both sides um someone who is who understands the that because we Filipinos love to um provide for our families we really love it is really our happiness and
I wanted someone who is who welcomed the uh an ba who welcomed the the family of his partner like like accepting it as his own family as well what should foreigners know about Filipino culture that is maybe different
from their own culture the first uh the first evident differences with that is the food the food and also that Filipinos are hospitable and yeah Filipinos are family Ori oriented and that's the very um that's what I've observed
from other relationships with with um foreigners and a Filipina that some definers would not but hey don't be so anoa it's just my own view it's it's my point of view and it's my observation as well and that
Philip Filipinos are caring and what do you call that who who took care really an know what an I just couldn't progress my ideas I'm I know they really care about their families yeah that's it that's my point
and Filipinos are hardworking what do you think is the biggest challenge for a foreigner to overcome if they want to move here to the Philippines maybe something that they're not expecting maybe something that could be a little bit
challenging for them maybe the environment because here in the Philippines we have we are we're experiencing the Four Seasons the spring summer yeah and but yeah I guess that's it why are Filipinos so shy yeah we're very shy
because um we we really an know we we hate being judged that is why and also Filipinos are are very fun to be with maybe we're just shy at first but then if we get to know each other
if you get to know that person yeah we're very fun to be with trust me where should foreigners visit if they come here for the first time oh actually Philippines have a lot of very nice tourist spots and
maybe I would love to to present to you my hometown which is samban there's a lot there's a lot of nice um waterfalls and also the the um Del delices like cookies Tora have you heard of that yeah
oh it's really good right yeah and they you can also visit bohall Chocolate Hills Have you heard of that chocolate heels and they simala from sibonga it's from sibonga it's very very nice and also here in dumag it's
really nice here there's a lot of especially here in Boulevard yeah there other famous stour spots here the coron Palawan bakai yeah have you been there not yet oh you should try it it's very very nice I've never
been there too but yeah I'm really Dreaming or hoping someday that I I can go there are there any red flags for a foreigner to look out for if maybe they met a Filipino online May oh okay maybe
the an know first red flag of the Filipinos they anger issues but not not I'm I'm not saying that Filipinos are really not that bad but Filipinos um maybe the girl things like um I can't explain it well
it's really in my mind but I just can't speak it out yeah that's the I new so some foreigners they're not used to such a social environment what makes Filipino people so outgoing and having fun Filipinos love just
love to know be happy Filipinos are very cheerful person even if we get we we have a lot of problems uh stress we're stressed we always find a way to smile in some little things like um going out
going out with friends that's our that's our Co strategy for stress yeah how do Filipino people meet friends or make new friends yeah we usually make friends um with our neighbors or even at school we made we made
a lot of friends like yeah if we found someone or or the group of people that are compatible with us with our Vibes because Filipinos Filipinos are yeah as you as you said earlier Filipinos are outgoing people yeah
that's that's so interesting um and so accurate I found people here to always be approaching me talking to me how even even even if in strangers Filipinos are very sociable we get to show socialize with everyone we I
know we met we just met especially those who are yeah foreigners because we would we would love to to let them feel that Filipinos are very hospitable and that you are very welcome here in the Philippines um why
do you think so many foreigners want to come here to do meete because we're not just referring to um the amount of money we spend but the environment here you can you can just sit and relax beside a
beach where you can you can have the an know the seab breeze and the wind that is so what what what can can I say what can you say with that what uh yeah the seab breeze is really
nice yeah it's very nice weather too it's very relx right now it's very relaxing if uh if a foreigner is maybe not the most handsome guy can he still meet a nice Filipina yeah love doesn't just surround with
how you look you just have to look at what the inside of the person yeah because I do believe that the look doesn't matter as long as you love that person genuinely yeah how long should a foreigner expect
to date a Filipina before he asks her to be his girlfriend um I can't I cannot say exactly how long but it depends upon the two person if they get comfortable with other um get to know each other
very well and maybe that's the time can ask for it is dumag Getti a good City for a foreigner to meet a nice Philip oh that's a very interesting question though but yeah um not just in dagate but
in other city also cities also but and um there's a lot of um dumag is known for that people here are gentle gentle they are known as gentle people what do you think will be the biggest surprise for
a foreigner coming here biggest surprise here is that everything here is cheap cheap I guess like you can just buy food like in the food stalls there's a lot you can buy food for like 20 pesos and that's
the cheapest here and also you can you can also eat the food stalls there what's your what's your favorite Filipino food uh my favorite Phil Filipino food is sinigang because you get to taste the sour and savory taste
and it's good for the weather like this for cold days yeah for cold days what do Filipinos do on cold days they eat sagong but what else even in cold days um Filipinos um cold days doesn't bother us
even if it is cold we CRA we're craving for something cold like we love ice cream even if H and that's also the same thing with if it is very hot we get to drink coffee all the time
you like coffee yeah I do like coffee so a foreigner can know he can take his Filipina to a coffee shop she will like that yeah what's the way to a Filipina Heart how can he capture her heart
how can he impress her show her the real you be authentic be authentic and of course be a understanding guy and yeah be caring and um you must accept the insecurities of the person you shouldn't be let her
down raise her up because we Filipinos um we really have that I'm not saying it's Nega but the self-doubt we um we lock confidence but I'm not saying let's not generalize because every every individual is different what are
some common things that a philipina might be insecure about or might have some self-doubt about um mostly the skin the skin and the an know the the body figure like that and the status she feels like maybe her
skin isn't uh the perfect shade or maybe her body isn't the perfect shape that's it and so a foreigner should be complimentary and letting her know hey you're beautiful and uh yeah so so Filipinos don't mind if a
foreigner tells them they're beautiful yeah it's a compliment then we should everyone should accept it why do so many Filipinos like to sing and dance oh because Filipinos are known to be talented I think most of the Filipinos
really good singers um we're um Filipinos are very flexible Filipinos also are very um what what I call that versatile or versatile versatile versatile but I used to pronounce it as versatile that's what our English teacher Tau us
versatile they can do things they can do they can do all things we're very I know flexible is start it I'm sorry for my bad English guys I just can't oh my God what's your favorite song to sing
my favorite song to sing is um there's a lot of song I can what song did you sing today what are your what song are your friends uh singing and dancing too I don't know what's the I don't
know what's they're saying I I don't know what they're dancing how about dance you like to dance I'm not really into dancing I'm into singing You're a singer yeah ah when did you start singing I just it's just
I didn't know when did it started but from a young age yeah is it common for Filipinos to sing with their families yeah it's our ways of if every every occasions we have like birthdays um karoke or singing
it is a way of gathering what kind of songs are you singing with your family um I like singing Taylor Swift songs you like Taylor Swift songs do you have any social media presence can people follow you or
you're private I'm private ah you're private okay so that way if we have any handsome single Americans they they will have to come to do meete if they want to meet Jessica oh guys well Jessica thank you so
